Text message (SMS) terms

League Night (operated by Prospective Vision LLC) sends text messages (SMS) to mobile numbers you provide so we can operate your account. This page explains what you are agreeing to when you give us your mobile number, and how to stop messages at any time.

Opting in

When you add a mobile phone number to your League Night profile, or enter it during sign-in or phone verification, and confirm the consent checkbox shown next to the field, you agree to receive text messages from League Night (Prospective Vision LLC) at that number. Providing a mobile number and consenting is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

• One-time passcodes (OTP) and other account-security messages to verify your identity and sign you in.
• Account and service notifications you have enabled (for example, match requests, reminders, and related League Night activity).

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Frequency, cost, and your options

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop further texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove or change your number any time from your profile.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
