Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of League Night, operated by Prospective Vision LLC ("League Night", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the League Night apps and websites (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Some accounts are created or managed by your league operator or team captain.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Play fairly and submit honest, accurate scores and results.
• Treat other players, captains, and operators with respect — no harassment, abuse, or impersonation.
• Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to use, or disrupt or probe the Service.
• Not scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its data except as the Service intends, and not use it to break any law.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you submit — rosters, scores, schedules, and other league content ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sharing it with the operators, captains, and players in your leagues and, where you or your operator publish it, with the public. You're responsible for Your Content and for having the right to submit it.

4. Leagues, scores & disputes

League Night is a tool for running and tracking leagues. Standings, handicaps, payouts, and results reflect what operators, captains, and players enter. We are not a party to your league and are not responsible for disputes among players, teams, operators, or sanctioning bodies (such as APA or BCA), or for the outcome of any match, payout, or competition.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including Auth0 for sign-in (and Google, if you choose to sign in with Google) — and integrates with them under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the League Night name, logo, software, and design, is owned by Prospective Vision LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to our branding except to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospective Vision LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prospective Vision LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
